My name is Josh and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician for a prominent Fortune 500 client of ours. This position is located in Larchwood, IA. Details for the positions are as follows:
Job Description
Perform highly technical functions to support the manufacturing processes while providing departmental guidance according to the business plan.
Use and maintenance of advanced laboratory equipment, e.g.: Bioreactors, NOVA Analyzer, pumps
Perform advanced laboratory procedures and enhance processes when applicable, with advanced understanding of Antigen Production, Scale-up of Mammalian cell cultures and Viral Manipulation, able to perform multiple manipulations on roller bottles production routinely/daily
Provides fundamental guidance to Laboratory Technician I & II's
Prepare and review records, write SOPs, Batch Records
Provide input in development of schedules
Comply with all Safety, Quality and Regulatory standards, e.g.: HSE, GOP, USDA
